1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rainbow Tarps & Linings website and the purchase of our products and services. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Quotes

All products are custom-made or supplied to the specifications agreed in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to confirmation of measurements and material availability.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as agreed) is received. Prices are quoted in South African Rand and may change without notice prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery & Installation

Lead times and delivery or installation dates are estimates. We will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Warranty

Our products carry the warranty stated on the relevant product page or quotation. Warranties exclude damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow Tarps & Linings shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
